TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before engaging the services of Yaasmeen Kessler, doing business as Wanderlove Travels (hereinafter referred to as “Wanderlove Travels”). By using this website and engaging Wanderlove Travels’ services, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Services Provided

Wanderlove Travel provides a range of travel-related services, including but not limited to booking flights, arranging accommodations, organizing transportation, coordinating tour reservations, scheduling activities, offering travel insurance, facilitating cruise bookings, and other requested travel arrangements.

Wanderlove Travel acts solely as a sales agent for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers listed in your itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”). Wanderlove Travel is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers, their adherence to schedules, the provision of services, financial defaults, or the honoring of future trip credits. Travel plans may be subject to changes or cancellations by Suppliers, government entities, or other third parties beyond Wanderlove Travel’s control. The Client acknowledges that Supplier policies and applicable laws dictate cancellation, rebooking, and refund options. Wanderlove Travel does not have specialized knowledge of Supplier financial conditions and assumes no liability for recommending a trip credit over a refund.

2. Website Usage

The Client acknowledges that the Wanderlove Travel website serves as an informational platform and booking tool. The Client agrees to use the website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in unauthorized or unlawful activities. Wanderlove Travel retains all intellectual property rights to its website, including trademarks, logos, and content.

3. Lead Traveler Responsibility

If booking travel for a group, the lead traveler serves as the primary contact and is responsible for communicating with Wanderlove Travel on behalf of the group. The lead traveler must ensure all group members understand and comply with these terms and conditions. The lead traveler must provide accurate information for each member and obtain necessary consents.

4. Price Fluctuations

The Client acknowledges that travel prices are subject to change due to factors such as availability, seasonality, exchange rates, and Supplier pricing policies. Wanderlove Travel will provide the most up-to-date pricing available at the time of booking. However, the final price may differ from the initial estimate. The Client agrees to cover any additional costs resulting from price fluctuations and to notify Wanderlove Travel of any requested modifications.

5. Supplier Terms and Conditions

The Client acknowledges that Suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, tour operators, and cruise lines, may have separate terms and conditions. The Client agrees to review and comply with Supplier terms, including cancellation policies, fees, and restrictions. Wanderlove Travel is not responsible for Supplier-imposed conditions or additional costs.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Wanderlove Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any Client for legitimate reasons, including non-compliance with these terms, inappropriate conduct, or providing inaccurate or incomplete information. In such cases, Wanderlove Travel will make reasonable efforts to process a full or partial refund, subject to deductions for fees or expenses incurred.

7. Health Considerations

The Client is responsible for assessing health risks associated with their destination and obtaining necessary vaccinations or medical advice. Wanderlove Travel strongly recommends consulting a healthcare professional before travel and adhering to all health advisories. The Client must inform Wanderlove Travel of any health conditions that may affect travel arrangements. Wanderlove Travel assumes no liability for health-related issues that may arise during or as a result of travel.

8. Client Check-in and Departure Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for timely check-in at airports, hotels, cruise terminals, and other travel facilities. The Client must adhere to departure times and instructions from Wanderlove Travel or Suppliers. Failure to comply may result in missed flights, accommodations, or services, potentially incurring additional costs. The Client must notify Wanderlove Travel of any delays, cancellations, or changes and comply with security, customs, and immigration requirements.

9. Pricing and Payment Obligations

The Client agrees to provide valid debit or credit card information for all travel payments. Wanderlove Travel exclusively accepts debit or credit cards as payment. All payments are processed directly by the respective Suppliers, not Wanderlove Travel. The Client is responsible for timely payments of deposits, fees, and final balances. Unless otherwise specified in writing by Wanderlove Travel, all payments made by the Client are non-refundable.

10. Travel Document Requirements

The Client is responsible for ensuring the validity of all travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and health certificates. All documentation must be obtained and carried in compliance with the relevant authorities. The Client acknowledges that names and dates of birth provided at booking must match their official documents. While Wanderlove Travel may provide general guidance on documentation, it is not liable for any costs, delays, or issues arising from non-compliance. The Client must promptly inform Wanderlove Travel of any updates or changes to travel documents.

11. Subject to Change

Wanderlove Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on the Wanderlove Travel website. The Client is responsible for reviewing updates and may contact Wanderlove Travel with any questions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamilton County, Ohio.
